.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extending E over the waters from

near Cape Fear will persist today, and then return N as a weak

warm front tonight into Mon. Meanwhile, high pressure across the

waters N of the front will shift E today and tonight. Low

pressure moves to near Long Island late tonight, then tracks

slowly E across waters just N of the area Mon through Tue, before

clearing NE of the area Tue night into Wed. The low pulls a cold

front across the N portions Mon and Mon night, with the front

stalling over the central waters Tue through Wed night while

slowly weakening. The front will slowly return N as a weak warm

front Thu. The next cold front will move SE over the N waters Thu

night.
