Present movement...northwest...320 degrees at 13 mph



DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 700 AM CHST...2100 UTC...the center of Tropical Storm Krovanh was

located near Latitude 25.3 degrees North and Longitude 130.5 degrees

East. Krovanh is moving northwest at 13 mph. It is expected to

maintain this general course with a slight decrease in forward speed

through Friday, then move southward over the weekend in a counter-

clockwise loop that could briefly bring it back within the WFO Guam

AOR, before exiting again to the north.



Maximum sustained winds have increased to 45 mph. Krovanh is forecast

to intensify today, then weaken through Friday, then remain at minimal

tropical storm strength through the weekend.



Tropical storm force winds extend outward from the center up to 140

miles to the northeast with little or no tropical storm force winds

elsewhere.

This will be the last advisory issued by the National Weather Service

on Krovanh. However, advisories will resume if Krovanh reenters the

WFO Guam AOR.
