In-fa is moving north at 9 mph. It is expected to decrease in forward speed, becoming quasi-stationary or making a small clockwise loop before moving west-northwest Sunday night and Monday. Maximum sustained winds remain at 130 mph. In-fa is forecast to weaken through Sunday, downgrading to a Category 3 typhoon. Typhoon force winds extend outward from the center up to 80 miles. Tropical storm force winds extend outward from the center up to 165 miles.
