* At 741 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles east of

  Rhea, or 6 miles west of Friona, moving east at 10 mph.



  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.



  SOURCE...Radar indicated.



  IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to 

           mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

  Friona, Bovina, Farwell, Lazbuddie, Oklahoma Lane, Lariat, Rhea,
