...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL STUTSMAN COUNTY

UNTIL 1030 AM CDT...



At 959 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 6

miles south of Spiritwood, or 10 miles east of Jamestown, moving

southeast at 15 mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around

         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

  Ypsilanti and Spiritwood.



PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...



Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening

weather conditions.



Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to

flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
