NORTHWESTERN ELBERT AND NORTHEASTERN DOUGLAS COUNTIES UNTIL 615 PM

MDT...



At 540 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near

Castle Pines, or 21 miles south of Denver, moving northeast at 15

mph.



HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around

         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is

         possible.



Locations impacted include...

  Southern Centennial, Castle Rock, Parker, Lone Tree, The Pinery,

  Castle Pines, Franktown, Sedalia and Ponderosa Park.
